Investigation before opening a new store:
1、Both sides will investigate the location and storey of the prospective store.
2、The area of the franchise store: 180-250 square meters for Class A cities; 150-200 square meters for Class B cities.
3、The agent should investigate the factory and those franchise stores in business in person to get a full understanding of the products and corporate philosophy.
4、If both sides are interested, the factory will provide related materials needed before opening a new store.
Preparations before opening a new store:
1、Once a partnership is established, the company will charge for deposits according to related rules. Both sides will sign a “Sales Agency Agreement” and a “Certificate of Authorization for Local Exclusive Sales”.
2、The agent should provide a detailed plan of the franchise store and a floor chart of the stories as references to the design and decoration plan.
3、Time for decorations and business opening should be settled.
4、The factory should provide product samples, ornaments and related materials. Both sides shall fix the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).
5、Specially-assigned persons are responsible for arrangements and training, etc.
